Are you interested in improving your balance, your stamina, your fitness and your overall health?

It is well known that being active and staying fit is important to living a long and healthy life.  As we age our bodies change, our metabolism slows down and often our jobs force us to be more sedentary and less mobile.  

Whether you want to reduce your weight, improve your balance and stability, gain greater flexibility, build or restore your strength, or gain lean muscle mass,  a holistic approach to nutrition and fitness should be an indispensable part of your journey.   

As a certified professional fitness trainer for nearly ten years, I am passionate about helping  people  in their quest for a better and more healthful life. I am particularly experienced in helping middle-aged and senior adults achieve their health and fitness goals.

 

I will work with you to understand your personal fitness objectives, your recent fitness regimen and any medical conditions or physical restrictions you may require.  Then, we will establish SMART fitness goals and develop a complete fitness plan, tailored to your individual needs, that will serve as the blueprint for our regular coaching and/or group sessions as well as your activities outside of the gym. 

You are not alone – together we will work to transform your health and fitness, helping you be more more confident and secure in your physical abilities, more active and mobile, and more engaged in the world around you.

Mount Auburn Club, Watertown MA

Mount Auburn Club (MAC) in Watertown, Massachusetts is my home base for fitness training.  MAC is convenient to folks in the Greater Boston Area – just minutes from downtown Boston and the suburbs and has plentiful parking.  The club’s comprehensive work-out spaces, equipment and staff provide the necessary environment for you to be comfortable and successful in your fitness program.  Here you will find many individuals just like you, eager to start on a new journey to improve their fitness and their lives.

You do not need to be a member of Mount Auburn Club to schedule fitness coaching sessions with me!  Non-members are offered attractive rates when being coached by MAC trainers.  

If you are interested in training with me but would prefer doing so in your home or office, please contact me to discuss alternative arrangements.
