I’m Chris O’Laughlin, and I’ve been a certified personal trainer for more than ten years. 

I began training others while I was an undergraduate student at Boston College, majoring in business.  As a student athlete playing hockey and lacrosse, I enjoyed working on my own fitness while helping others achieve their own fitness goals.  

 

Today, I can’t think of anything I would rather do than work with adults who are eager to begin their own journey to take back control of their health, their fitness, their diet and nutrition – and their lives!

 

I am particularly experienced working with middle aged and senior adults who recognize the importance of balance, flexibility, stamina and weight control in extending their joy of living.  I continually discover and refine new techniques and methods that enable adults of all ages accomplish their fitness goals.
